    1. Hi Granny – that’s interesting – we thought it was obvious! I’ll post the answer next weekend. And by the way – this is a painting – not a photograph. Using a graphics tablet and colour palette, Martin drew and rendered it from scratch!

    1. Thank you, Rosie, I think his work is amazing! Yes, it is a painting – drawn from scratch, but with a graphics tablet and colour palette, on the computer. It is amazing what he can produce in this way – or in more traditional forms. The logo is on the footpeg, near the bottom.

  1. How utterly COOL! This is a really neat piece – it reminds me of pop art and I love all the different things/elements one can find in it (the shot up sign is hilarious)! šŸ™‚ The logo is on the end of the kick-stand, yes? Or is that a foot peg? My dad lived and died on a bike – he owned a few Harleys in his time, but his favorite bike was a canary yellow and white Indian Chief. If the Artist is anything like him, his bike is his baby. šŸ˜‰

  2. Thank you, so much, Dragonkatet – he is really thrilled with your comments! He sees different things out and about and mentally files them away for future reference – sometimes it’s years before he gets round to using an idea. He does love his bike – gets all twitchy if he isn’t able to ride for a day or two. Our current Harley (2000 1200 Sportster) is yellow – good colour – and black. You are right about the logo – have mentioned it and linked to your blog in this weekk’s VOS #3 šŸ™‚
