      1. I too really like his art and he has much wisdom to share. Didn’t know he had a FB page but am now following along. This was absolutely a perfect choice for today.

      2. yes quite likely. I visit his website periodically but somehow missed his FB page! Or sometimes it’s just that FB overwhelms me and so I don’t follow “one more person”.
        I hope to own a piece of his art someday.

  2. Such precious words of wisdom. I’ve read the heartbeat before and I manage to live mindfully for a while but somehow I often lose my path and have to get grounded again. Maybe one day . . .

    1. It’s so easy to ‘lose the plot’ when everyday life intrudes, isn’t it, Gilly? Thank heavens for inspirational artists and writers like Aaron. I agree that he is a remarkable man! 🙂
