Nurturing Thursday 51

It’s the start of another glorious day, here on the Isle of Wight and it’s going to be a busy one ~ clearing up after our recent building work, so that I can post pictures of what we’ve had done. But before I roll up my sleeves and get stuck in, I’m waking up gently, with a large mug of coconut oil coffee:

I’ve just read a wonderful post by author Brenda Marroy, on her blog Streams of Consciousness. Entitled ‘Kindness is my Religion’, it echoes my own beliefs so eloquently and is perfect for Nurturing Thursday. I can’t improve on Brenda’s wise words ~ you read them for yourself here.

  1. Morning Jacqueline. I’m just going to have a look a Brenda’s Blog as recommended. Sounds just like me and The Buthidars who believe in kindness, respect, tolerance and above all Hugs cos’ you can’t hug properly with a weapon in your hands. I swear man will see sense one day and there will be peace.

  2. You’ve gotten me hooked on coconut oil in my coffee — I no longer am concerned about the calories of it knowing it is good for me!! 😀 Lovely post and link for Nurturing Thursday!
